Chris Cole began investing in real estate in 1990, with the purchase of his first home.  From there his investments have included purchasing land, subdividing land, building spec homes, purchasing rental properties, selling ranches, and building his own ranch. Cole Family Ranch has now become a million dollar real estate business.  Cole Family Ranch specializes in land and ranch sales, and residential sales throughout the state of Arizona. 

Chris’ newest property investments include land in Mexico.  He has invested in and owns beach front property in Mexico and is excited to help others invest in this once in a lifetime opportunity to own their own piece of heaven.

Chris’ personal interests include spending time with his family: his wife, April, and their four children.  He enjoys spending his time working on his ranch or one of his farms.  He is an avid hunter, horseman, and outdoors man.  Chris is committed to hours of service with his church and  the Boy Scouts of America.
